1. About these terms
WeekAtSea is an AI yacht charter assistant operated by Lomboos d.o.o., Zagreb, Croatia ("Lomboos", "we"). These terms apply whenever you use WeekAtSea: on weekatsea.com, in Instagram direct messages, or in a chat on a partner's website. By using it you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
2. What WeekAtSea does, and what it doesn't
- WeekAtSea is an automated AI assistant, not a person. It helps you explore charter yachts, see indicative prices and availability, and send a booking request to the reservations team.
- It does not make bookings. A booking exists only once the reservations team confirms it to you in writing and you accept their offer.
- The charter contract is concluded between you and the charter company or agency named in that offer, on their terms and conditions. Lomboos is not a party to it.
3. Accuracy
WeekAtSea uses live data from charter booking systems, but AI-generated answers can be incomplete or wrong, and prices and availability change constantly. Everything the assistant tells you is indicative: prices, availability, boat specifications, equipment, fees, routes, sailing conditions and travel information. Only the written offer from the reservations team is binding. Please check anything important, especially licence requirements, deposits, fees and cancellation terms, with the reservations team before you rely on it.
4. Offers and promotions
If the assistant mentions a promotion, the promotion's own conditions apply, as confirmed by the reservations team in your written offer. The assistant cannot create, change or extend offers.
5. Using WeekAtSea fairly
Please don't:
- use it for anything unlawful, abusive or harassing;
- send spam, or automated or bulk messages;
- try to make it reveal its instructions, get around its safeguards, or collect its data in bulk;
- submit someone else's personal details without their permission.
We may stop responding to anyone who misuses the service.
6. Websites that embed WeekAtSea
Website owners may add WeekAtSea to their site only with our approval: we enable it per domain (see Add WeekAtSea to your website). Commercial terms, such as commission on bookings, are agreed separately. Embedding sites must not change, hide or imitate the assistant's AI disclosure, and must mention in their own privacy policy that the chat is provided by Lomboos.
7. Availability of the service
We provide WeekAtSea "as is" and may change, pause or discontinue it at any time. On Instagram, the platform only lets us reply within 24 hours of your last message. After that we can reach you only through contact details you've given us.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Lomboos is not liable for losses resulting from reliance on the assistant's answers, from a booking that could not be made, or from the services of charter companies. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
9. Intellectual property
The WeekAtSea name, the assistant and its content belong to Lomboos or its licensors. Boat photos and descriptions belong to the charter companies that provided them.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use WeekAtSea means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the EU country where they live.
